Before you build

If the job has an unknown in it
Anyone who wants a real number instead of a range, and anyone whose job has an unknown in it.

If the site already exists
An owner whose site is not producing enquiries and who wants to know why, and a buyer doing due diligence on a business before they sign.
A full written diagnosis of the site you already have: what is wrong, what it is costing, what your competitors are doing instead, and the order to fix it in. Every finding carries its evidence.
Indicative starting price for the scope described. The express tiers are fixed at that scope; anything outside it escalates and you are told which item did it. For the Foundation tiers the fixed price is confirmed in writing after the paid Scope and Architecture Sprint, and it does not move after that unless you approve a change order.
The difference in one table
The same five pages can be a $990 plus GST job or a $5,000 plus GST job. Nothing is padded and nothing is discounted; they are different amounts of work and this is where the work goes.

If your content is written, your logo exists and one of the kits suits you, Express is the right answer and I will say so. The moment any of those is not true the express gate refuses the cheap tier and names the reason, which is the whole point of having a gate rather than a discount.
