What are missed calls costing you?
Seven numbers you already know, and the calculator shows what is leaking out each month: enquiries nobody answered in time, and quotes nobody chased. It uses your numbers only, so every line is yours to argue with.
It works in your browser and sends nothing unless you ask for the figures by email.
The second figure is at stake, not lost: some of those quotes would have said no anyway.
Sent. The breakdown is on its way, worked out again from your numbers on my side so the email matches this screen.
Nothing arrived after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, or email hello@evolutionwebstudio.com and I will send it by hand.
Closing the first leak
The quickest way to find where your enquiries go missing is to send one and follow it. The Website Diagnostic does exactly that: a person sends your enquiry form a marked test, follows it to the inbox, checks the site on a phone and against your competitors, and writes down what to fix, in order. $880 plus GST, fixed, inside five business days.
No site yet, or one past saving? A ready made five page site with a tap to call number on every page and an enquiry form that asks for what you need to quote is $990 plus GST.
Paying accepts the terms of service, version 1.2. They cover what is supplied, what is needed from you, how a change is quoted and how a refund works. The version in force on the day you pay is the one that governs the job.
Small print: the Diagnostic fee comes off a build of $1,990 plus GST or more started within 90 days. Not sure which? Estimate your build, free.
How it works
Your numbers, multiplied, and nothing else
Missed enquiries a month are your enquiries times the share missed or answered late. The ones that went elsewhere are that times the share you think rang someone else. The jobs lost are those times your own win rate, and the money is those jobs times your average job.
Quotes at stake are the quotes you never chase, times your win rate, times your average job. That is what they were worth at your normal rate, which is the most a follow up could ever bring back, and the page calls it at stake rather than lost for that reason.
There is no industry statistic anywhere in it. A calculator that quotes a survey is only as true as the survey, and you cannot check it. This one you can.
In a building trade and short of enquiries in the first place? JustLodged, which I also built and run, sends last week’s building applications near you every Monday.
