Before you book

Tell me what we are deciding

The hour is only worth the fee if I walk in knowing what the question is. This is how that happens.

The four questions at the bottom decide whether an hour can actually settle your job. They run before you pick a time and pay, because a session that was never going to settle anything is worse value than no session at all.

You pick your time and pay on Google’s booking page, which does not carry your reference across on its own. Put it in the booking notes and the two halves find each other; if you forget, I will match them up by name.

The job

All I need to start is the address. Everything else here makes the first day faster, and you can leave any of it blank.

The places next door

Up to 3, and only what they publish. Name them the way you think of them. If you are not sure who they are, leave it and I will work out who is actually ranking.

Before you pay

Any one of these makes the job bigger than the price on the page. Tick anything that is true and I will quote it properly instead of taking a fee I would have to hand back.

What happens next

$395 plus GST, fixed. 60-minute session, written scope inside two business days.

Nothing is sent to you automatically. Every report is read and checked by hand before it leaves, so it comes from me rather than landing in your inbox the moment a payment clears.

Your reference for this brief is issued when you send it. Quote it in any email about this job.

What you type here is used to write your report and to contact you about it. It is kept in the studio’s own records, it is not sold or shared, and your IP address and browser are not kept beside it. The privacy page says what that means in full.

If scripting is turned off in your browser, this still reaches me and I will send you the payment link by reply. Nothing is lost, it just takes one extra step.

Paying accepts the terms of service in force on the day you pay.
